Governance and Management

To improve its ability to integrate the organizations it has acquired over time, the Viasat Group has given itself a two-tier organizational structure:

• Corporate Roles: these are departments that ensure governance of the main processes at Group level (Finance and Control Administration, Human Resources, Purchasing, Computerized Telematic Platform Strategies and Quality of Services, Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Marketing and Communication), defining a common approach for all the units
• Operative Roles: these are departments responsible for carrying out operational processes at the business unit level (Viasat B2C, Viasat B2A, Viasat B2B, Viasat FMS, Viasat Assistance, Viasat Servizi Infotelematici & Centrali, Elem, Vem Solutions).

This structure makes it possible to maximize coordination and exploit economies of scale.
